Jason Halpern is the Principal of JMH Development, a leading real estate development company in the U.S. The company creates luxury properties primarily in the residential marketplace, with a few in hospitality and mixed uses. It has four renovated historic units and five newly constructed units.
Recently, the Aloft South Beach, a 235-room hotel was finished in Miami Beach. The hotel is the first new hotel in the area since 2009. The rooms in the hotel average over 360 square feet, quite a bit larger than most other hotel rooms in the region. The hotel offers a prime, waterfront location, with access to the Collins Canal. It is a block from Miami Beach. It is surrounded by nightclubs, restaurants and boutiques. It has an outdoor pool, roof deck lounge and a 24-hour fitness center available to guests.
In addition to his work projects, Jason is involved in charitable work also. He supports the Joe; A. Halpern Trauma Center at Westchester Medical Center. It is a Level I Center. He is involved with Habitat for Humanity also. He is a devoted father to his eleven-year-old son as well. He hopes to pass on to his son, the experience and knowledge his father passed to him.

Adam Milsteins’ was the 39th name in the list largely thanks to his role as the co-founder and chair of Israel American Council (AIC). He is also involved with other organizations including Stand By Me, AIPAC National Council, Hasbara Fellowships, StandWithUs, Birthright Israel, and Israel on Campus Coalition.
Other Jewish leaders on the list include Benjamin Netanyahu (current Prime Minister of Israel), Sen. Sheldon Schumer, Elena Kagan and Ruth Nader Ginsburg (Supreme Court justices), and other philanthropists.
Adam said that he was humbled and honored by the nomination. He added that he was grateful to his wife, the AIC, and the entire Jewish community.
Adam Milstein was born and raised in Israel. His mother, Eva Milshtein, was a homemaker while his father, Hillel Milshtein, was a successful real estate developer. After finishing his high school, Adam was recruited into the military before joining Technion to study business and economics. He married Gila Elgrably and had two daughters with her. The family moved to the United States of America in 1981.
Before moving to the US, Adam helped run his father’s real estate development business. After graduating from college, he became a real estate sales agent. In the US, he secured a job at Hager Pacific Properties. Today, Adam is an active philanthropist who pioneers the issues of the Jewish community. He runs the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation that sponsors needy Jewish students and allows them to understand and appreciate their rich heritage.
