Every year, “The Sunday Times” lists its Best Places to Live in the United Kingdom according to Greycoat real estate specialists. North Berwick, which is located in East Lothian, was named the best place to live. 

This is the first time that an area in Scotland has received that honor. Great schools, great outdoors and family-friendly houses are the main reasons that North Berwick made the top of the list. As Greycoat adds, Helen Davies is the editor for Best Places to Live. 

She stated that the purpose of the publication is to celebrate villages, cities and towns that are great places to live as Greycoat agency reports. The sense of community, eco-friendliness and transport were some of the main things that were taken into consideration when the list was made.
