Ross Cameron: The Art of Balancing Success and Life

Ross Cameron is a full-time day trader who loves to keep busy. However, he knows the value of creating a work-life balance. He’s also happily married and a father of two sons. 

While it can be tough to separate him from his computer and trading, he finds the time to do a lot of things like riding his mountain bike, working on classic cars, sailing, and playing tennis. Ross Cameron is just as serious about his social and family life as he is about day trading. 

His interest in trading stocks dates back to the sixth grade where he discovered that a great-uncle made a fortune in the stock market. Ross Cameron also gained interest after learning that his cousins were beneficiaries of their father’s wealth. 

A year later, in the seventh grade, leader Ross Cameron and his class spent a semester learning about the stock market. His school also took students on a trip to the stock market in New York City. This is the moment when he knew he would be immersed in the investment industry. He had just the right amount of exposure and motivation at a young age that would lead him on a journey to his present status in life. 

Today, Cameron loves teaching students how to day trade successfully. He feels the best way for students to learn is from people who have proven themselves in their field. His goal is to make sure his students are successful. And the most important, Ross Cameron thinks the majority of his success is a result of being able to grow his portfolio through small investment amounts. He then reinvests his gains into long-term returns.
