American Consumer Finance Expert John Hailer

From April 2017 until his resignation, American consumer finance expert John Hailer served as chairman and president of Natixis Foreign Capital Management – The Americas & Asia, a branch of French bank Natixis. 1960 marked Hailer’s birth.

As a sales consultant for company cash packages and pension schemes and help monitoring pension plans, Hailer joined Fidelity in 1986. After that, he continued his career by taking a senior vice president and manager of online retailing characteristics effective at Putnam Investments.

1994 saw John Hailer re-join Fidelity. Hailer was appointed executive director of Natixis Global Asset Senior management Americas & Asia division in 2007. He supervises the operation of the company’s wealth management affiliates in the US and Asia, leading NGAM’s global logistics ambitions.

Employees of Hailer and Natixis have received honors for their generosity and business compassion on countless occasions. In 2012, Hailer acquired the Massachusetts Female’s Democratic Caucus Big Heroes Honor for outstanding efforts to aid women who have experienced intimate partner violence and to advocate for women’s employment in the banking industry. Hailer is a co-chair of the Boston Banking Industry Leadership Board and was given as a gift by St. Francis House in 2010. In recognition of Hailer’s efforts to promote generosity and voluntarism and his enthusiasm for criminal justice reform, the Irish Global Immigrant Organization gave him the Solas Award in 2013.
