Randy’s first production was a PC titled called Monster Truck Madness in 1997, which he produced with David Crane. At Electronic Arts (EA), Randy served as Director of Publications and the Executive Manager of Game Development at EA Tiburon. Randy also co-founded EA Bright Light, a development studio that released games such as The Sims Life Stories and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. He is a successful television director and producer.

Randy Douthit is also an accomplished record producer, recently producing the ‘Yoko Kanno & the Seatbelts – Variations on CHILDHOOD’ album, which he had worked on for fourteen years before its release.

Randy attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. He has married his wife Elizabeth since then and has two children. Douthit’s career started at television station KGW in Portland, Oregon, where he was a TV Producer.
